Swintros (“Swintros,” “we,” “our,” “us”), operated by Quipco LLC in the United States, provides a mobile application that enables employers to share job postings in video form and job seekers to share video resumes.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our app and related services. By creating an account or using Swintros, you consent to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide and information collected automatically:
- User Information You Provide
- Applicants: Name, email address, video resumes, and optional profile details.
- Employers: Company name, email address, video job postings, and optional profile details.
- Account Credentials
- Email and password used for authentication.
- Payment Information
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play. We do not store card or bank details.
- Content You Upload
- Videos, resumes, job postings, and other materials uploaded by you.
- Automatically Collected Data
- Through Firebase/Google Analytics: device type, OS, app version, usage data, crash logs, and region.
- We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Communications
- Emails, customer support requests, and in-app feedback.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Operate and provide Swintros services.
- Authenticate accounts.
- Match employers and applicants.
- Process transactions.
- Communicate important updates.
- Improve app functionality and security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Disclosure of Information
We may share information with:
- Stripe, Firebase, and Google Analytics (to deliver our services).
- Legal authorities, when required by law or subpoena.
- Successors in case of merger, sale, or acquisition.
We are not responsible for how third-party providers process your information once shared.
4. Data Retention and Security
- Data is stored on Digital Ocean servers in the United States.
- Protected by encryption (in transit and at rest), access restrictions, and monitoring.
- Retained until you delete your account. Deleted accounts are purged within 30–60 days, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.
Important: While we use reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss. By using Swintros, you acknowledge this risk.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.
- You must not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or employment laws.
- You agree not to share sensitive personal information (e.g., SSNs, health data) through the app.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your region:
- GDPR (EU/EEA): Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): Right to know, delete, opt out of sale (we don’t sell), non-discrimination.

7. Children’s Privacy
Swintros is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect their data.
8. International Data Transfers
If you use Swintros outside the U.S., your data will be transferred and processed in the U.S. By using the service, you consent to this transfer.
9. Limitation of Liability for Privacy
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Quipco LLC is not liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of personal data.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our privacy practices is to stop using Swintros and delete your account.
10. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of Swintros after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Swintros app, owned and operated by Quipco LLC. By creating an account or using Swintros, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your region).
- By using Swintros, you represent that all information provided is accurate.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You must not share your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.
- Post fraudulent resumes or job offers.
- Harass or exploit other users.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
4. Content Ownership & License
- You retain ownership of videos and materials you upload.
- You grant Swintros a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content as necessary for the platform.
- We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple, or Google.
- All fees are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds are governed by the policies of the payment provider.
- Pricing and subscription terms may change with notice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without liability if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the platform.
- We are legally required to do so.
You may delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimers
- Swintros is a platform; we do not vet, endorse, or guarantee job opportunities or applicants.
- We are not responsible for employment outcomes, user interactions, or the accuracy of user content.
- Swintros is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Quipco LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount paid by you to use Swintros in the past 12 months, or
(b) USD $50.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quipco LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of Swintros.
- Content you upload.
- Your violation of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Binding Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class actions or collective lawsuits against us.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [Insert State].
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, strikes, outages, etc.).
