business. You’ll then be able to post jobs in video format.

Go to “Post a Job,” upload a video describing the role, responsibilities, and company culture,  and fill in the required details (title, location, requirements).

Applicants will submit video resumes. You can view, save, and shortlist them directly within the app.

Yes. You can message applicants through the app to request traditional resumes, portfolios, or references. You are also able to see more in-depth info on profiles after swiping right on a candidate.

Payments for subscriptions or posting credits are processed securely through Stripe. Swintros does not store credit card details.

Yes. You can update or delete job postings at any time under your company dashboard.

Yes. You must comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws. Job postings must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.

No. Swintros is a platform to connect employers and job seekers. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and must follow all legal requirements.
